Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno agree for title fight in December

UFC 255 was amazing despite not having a “famous bout” on the cards. The UFC flyweight champion “Deiveson Figueiredo” defended his belt against the challenger “Alex Perez” with an amazing first-round submission victory, it really does seem like he is capable of shooting the flyweights into the mainstream.

The man is such an absolute beast that the UFC is already preparing for his next fight in December! UFC president “Dana White” himself said the the ‘God of War’, Deiveson Figueiredo, will fight again in December to defend his title against “Brandon Moreno”.

UFC flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno have officially verbally agreed to fight at UFC 256 on Dec. 12, per multiple sources.

The flyweight title fight will join the previously-booked bantamweight title fight between champ Petr Yan and Aljamain Sterling.

Brandon won the first UFC Brandon VS. Brandon bout. Brandon Moreno won his fight against “Brandon Royval” in the first round via TKO. Royval dislocated his shoulder during the fight.

Moreno had been quite vocal about the fact that it was quite unfair how “Cody Garbrandt” was picked over him. As we now know, Cody had to pull out of the fight due to an injury and with Moreno winning his Brandon vs. Brandon bout, he has established himself as the next in line for the title shot and it seems that he got it.

White said that both fighters have verbally agreed to the title fight and it will most likely take place in UFC 256 on December 12 at the APEX Facility.
