The 2024 NFL regular season drew to a close with all teams playing their 17th game. However, ahead of the Sunday games, it was longtime analyst Skip Bayless who became the talk of the sports world after a lawsuit emerged against him and FOX.

The lawsuit alleged the 73-year-old of s**ual harassment towards a hairstylist Noushin Faraji. The details as revealed by Front Office Sports claimed that Skip Bayless had made several advances towards Faraji whenever she used to style the then Undisputed host.

It was further revealed that Bayless took it a step further with touches and groping. As she kept ignoring his advances, the LA native offered Noushin Faraji $1.5 million to have s*x with him. When this came to the attention of former Dallas Cowboys star Dez Bryant, he tweeted this from his X account.

The former receiver poked fun at Bayless as he felt the Cowboys fan was going to extreme lengths to have s*x. Athletes such as himself are used to getting things done for far less, which is why he could not believe the former FOX employee went to that extent.

The lawsuit disclosed that Faraji refused the offer and slipped away to avoid bringing up the topic. However, the lawsuit is not just about his s*xual advances towards her. It brought to light his racist side while also revealing an apparent act of jealousy towards former colleague Shannon Sharpe.

After Noushin Faraji refused Skip Bayless‘ offer of money for s*x, it did not deter him. The lawsuit states that a week later at work, he brought the topic up again. When she told him that he had a wife, he replied.

Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?’ Ms. Faraji responded that her father was dead, and when Mr. Bayless looked taken aback, she made an excuse to leave.

However, the hairstylist managed to evade that situation also as she wanted to keep her job. It then took a turn for the worse when Skip Bayless allegedly accused Faraji of having s** with his former Undisputed colleague, Shannon Sharpe. She denied that accusation, but he kept on insisting and was angry towards the mother of one.
