It was a heartbreaking moment for the fans to see their beloved Canadian superstar getting thrashed by the Bloodline. Tama Tonga took it to another level by making Owens bleed. The former Universal Champion tried to fight back, but it was all in vain because the odds were against him.
The motive of the beatdown was to assert dominance in SmackDown. Solo Sikoa gave the orders to take down the Prizefighter, and it seems like Tonga went to extreme heights to fulfill the wish of the Tribal Heir. Only time will tell when and where the former Intercontinental Champion will return for payback against the new Bloodline.
A possible reason for Bloodline attacking Kevin Owens
Kevin Owens being the first victim of the Bloodline was an unexpected move by WWE on SmackDown. It was a sudden attack that no one saw coming. The events of last Friday night on SmackDown could shed light on this particular attack.

Last week, the former Universal Champion had a rugged interaction with the Bloodline. It was when the group tried to take over the locker room. However, Owens interrupted them and asked them to leave. This could have been interpreted as disrespect by Sikoa, Paul Heyman, and Jimmy Uso. It was quite an embarrassing moment for the faction itself, which resulted in the Tribal Heir rebuking Uso.
Therefore, to assert dominance, Sikoa might have planned this ambush. Tonga, being the new man in the plan, executed this with his grotesque strength. Therefore, it is certain that a war is coming from the side of the Prizefighter against the Bloodline in the weeks ahead.
