WWE recently released a ‘Toilet Paper’ merchandise of a top star on their shop. Following the absurdity of this merchandise, CM Punk took a hilarious shot at the superstar through his Instagram story. Now, The Best in the World has finally gotten a stern response for his mockery on social media.
The star who was at the receiving end of the ridiculous merchandise was none other than Dominik Mysterio. The latter reacted to Punk’s Instagram story of him describing his wonderful experience of using Mysterio’s toilet paper. The third-generation star looked disturbed by this story as he gave a middle finger emoji to The Voice of the Voiceless as a reply.
Moreover, it was not the first time Dominik and Punk had engaged in such social media banter. The two stars have been involved in multiple back-and-forths over the course of the last year. Besides, The Second City Saint has also named ‘Dirty’ Dom as one of the stars he would like to face down the line.

Both stars have a tough task ahead of them at Bad Blood. Mysterio is set to be hanged above the ring in a shark cage during Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan’s clash. Whereas, CM Punk will be stepping inside Hell in a Cell to write the final chapter of his feud with Drew McIntyre this weekend in Atlanta.
Shawn Michaels addressed the idea of CM Punk running NXT after him
CM Punk has made several appearances on NXT since his return to WWE last year. He has expressed in prior interviews that he enjoys spending time in the developmental territory. Speaking of that, Senior Vice President of Talent, Shawn Michaels, recently talked about the prospect of The Second City Saint running NXT down the line.
In his interview with The Ringer Wrestling Podcast, Michaels said that he is open to supporting The Best in the World if he wants to join in running NXT following his in-ring career. He added that Punk has helped with working and polishing the upcoming talent. Therefore, he has what it takes to become a promoter of the developmental territory of WWE.
Moreover, a few months ago, CM Punk himself addressed the prospect of him running NXT. However, he said that he looks to be on the learning stage as of now. Hence, he would like to have as much experience as he could get from seeing Shawn Michaels and Triple H running their respective brands.
