President Donald Trump is a man of the people. He loves to be amongst his followers and seldom hesitates to give them a shoutout when deserved. In the run-up to the Presidential elections, the NFL world was divided with some players and their families making their political beliefs public while some keeping them private.
In the case of Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Patrick Mahomes, she made her political preference known early on. Brittany supported Donald Trump in the run-up to the elections by liking posts of his campaign and commenting in some instances too.
President Trump has recognized her support. In an interview with Fox News, he was asked to give his prediction of the big game. He happened to give her a shout-out while revealing whom he is rooting for in Super Bowl LIX.
I’ll just say that I have watched this great quarterback who has a phenomenal wife okay. She is a Trump fan, she is a MAGA fan so I happen to love her. But she’s a great person, I watched her being interviewed, I said ‘Oh that’s pretty good.’ But she’s great and he’s great.

The President knows that Brittany has positively contributed to his campaign and he is grateful to her for that.

While a President would normally abstain or take a diplomatic approach while answering who they are rooting for in a high-stakes game such as this, Donald Trump took a different road. He came out and vouched for the Kansas City Chiefs to win.
I guess you have to say that when a quarterback wins as much as he’s won, I have to go with Kansas City…at the same time Philadelphia has a fanstastic team. It’s going to be a great game.

There will be a pleasant coincidence at the Caesars Superdome on Sunday. Both President Trump and Brittany Mahomes will be present to witness the big game. However, it is doubtful if they will get a chance to run into each other because of the President’s heavy security detail.
While Brittany has made her political preferences known, her husband Patrick has not done so. He has kept his silence over the topic, neither accepting nor denying that he too supports Donald Trump and the Make America Great Again campaign.
Briefly, Brittany took a step back from praising Trump after he went at Taylor Swift for endorsing Kamala Harris. However, she seems to have gone back to supporting him and sidelined her friendships from her political preferences.
