Zlatan Ibrahimović, a great player for the esteemed Serie A team AC Milan, has come under fire for a recent controversial statement he made against the English Premier League team Chelsea. The statement caused a lot of controversies, and now Chelsea fan Frank Khalid has responded.

Zlatan Ibrahimović mocked the West London club, “Chelsea can’t sign me. I have more trophies than Chelsea. I should be the one to sign them.” His words showed the ignorance he had for the team and not many football fans reacted it in a sarcastic or a positive note. Many others also took to react the statement.

Khalid stated through his Twitter handles that, “The things that Zlatan Ibrahimović comes out with. Don’t think he has ever won a Champions League in his career & shouldn’t be making comments like this.”. He criticized him for his statement and made clear that what Zlatan Ibrahimović said was completely unethical.

The statement could also mean that Premier League team Chelsea recently paid a huge sum of money—$100 million—to acquire Belgian star footballer Romelu Lukaku from Serie A club Inter Milan and may not have the resources to sign another expensive striker. Fans await many more.
