Call Of Duty Mobile has recently confirmed that Dr Disrespect will be facing off Ferg in a 80’s throwdown on the COD battlefields. The 1v1 is called the 80’s Throw down Battle Royale Kill Race and will officially be streamed on YouTube. This battle has long been coming and finally will be taking place on Monday.

Dr Disrespect had earlier sparked a bit of controversy when he tweeted out that mobile gaming is not a serious deal. Many mobile gamers from across the world got worked up and tweeted back at the Doc. One such COD Mobile content creator, Ferg, challenged the Doc for a Cod Mobile 1v1 for $100,000.

Ferg is a very popular content creator for COD Mobile and has a huge following within the mobile gaming community. He had also replied to Dr Disrespect’s tweet and challenged him to a 1v1. He even invited him to play on his PC while he plays on his phone.

The tweet was made back in November 2020 but the challenge has been taken up by COD Mobile for a 1v1 between Dr Disrespect vs Ferg. The social media for COD released a statement that the challenge is on and the Battle Royale Kill Race will take place in the ongoing 80s Thrown down event.

The match will take place on Monday at 11 AM PT and will be streamed on Call of Duty: Mobile Esports channel.

The matches will be played on different servers and on different matches due to their location difference. However, they will be able to communicate during the matches for some entertaining banter. The matches will be played on a variety of devices such as mobiles, PC an even on emulators for fairness.

The exact details for the tournament between Dr Disrespect vs Ferg haven’t been revealed as of yet. However, speculations from the title leads to the winner being the one with the higher kills in battle royale mode of COD Mobile.
