The latest episode of SmackDown kicked off with all of the Men’s Money in the Bank participants. After everyone else got their word in, Drew McIntyre arrived to mock his opponents. While doing so, he brought up Jey Uso‘s legal troubles. The Scottish Warrior savagely referenced Uso’s previous arrest by questioning how the latter crossed the border.

Ahead of the weekend, there was skepticism about the former Bloodline member’s participation. For those unfamiliar, ‘Main Event’ Jey was arrested in 2018 for DWI. Despite doubts surrounding his criminal record, Uso has previously appeared in Canada. At Elimination Chamber 2023, the YEET Master interfered in the main event championship match between Roman Reigns and Sami Zayn.

Speaking of the promo on SmackDown, Jey Uso wasn’t the only person who faced the verbal wrath of McIntyre. The latter took jabs at Andrade and Chad Gable before telling Carmelo Hayes that he wasn’t “HIM.” Similarly, he used LA Knight‘s catchphrase to mock The Megastar. Nonetheless, the Scot looks confident ahead of the upcoming Money in the Bank PLE.

For the sixth time in his career, he’ll be competing in the coveted ladder match. Moreover, Drew McIntyre has vowed to not only retrieve the briefcase but also cash it in on the same night and become the World Heavyweight Champion. With that said, fans will have to wait and see if the 39-year-old wrestler walks out of Toronto as a four-time WWE world champion.

Will CM Punk cost Drew McIntyre for a fourth time at Money in the Bank?

Ahead of the upcoming PLE, there is speculation about the outcome of the Money in the Bank ladder matches. With no clear favorite on the men’s side, Drew McIntyre can fulfill his promise by winning the briefcase. However, there is always a chance of CM Punk coming in to screw his rival once again.

The Second City Saint has been silent since being brutally attacked by the Scot a couple of weeks ago in Chicago. Following the ambush, McIntyre snatched Punk’s ‘AJ/Larry’ bracelet. In fact, he has worn it in almost every public appearance since snatching it from the Best in the World.

Therefore, the already heated feud between the pair has now become personal. As such, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Punk show up in Toronto to seek revenge on the 39-year-old star. On the other hand, fans believe there’s an outside possibility of AJ Lee returning to WWE and costing McIntyre instead.
