The most recent episode of Monday Night Raw kicked off with a segment involving Gunther, Damian Priest, and Drew McIntyre. While The Ring General got out of the ring pretty soon, the other two superstars stayed to take quite a few personal shots at each other. During the segment, the World Heavyweight Champion crossed the line by mentioning the Scottish Warrior’s wife. 

After their confrontation on Raw, McIntyre posted the iconic photo of Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Academy Awards. The caption further said that if Damian Priest were to mention his wife again, he would slap him in the same way while holding a brick.

During the segment, Drew McIntyre claimed that Priest was spreading himself too thin. The former WWE Champion further added that he had his fingers dipped in too many pies. Further, things had taken a sour turn for The Judgment Day since Rhea Ripley went on a hiatus due to injury, whom he claimed was the real leader of the faction.

The Scottish Psychopath asserted that their World Heavyweight Championship match was going to take place in Scotland, his home country. The fan reception for him two years ago was so intense that it ended up mentally breaking Roman Reigns. Therefore, Priest didn’t stand a chance.

The 41-year-old claimed that McIntyre was simply trying to get under his skin. He then asked the Scottish wrestler if his wife would also be present in the crowd and what her name was. This visibly infuriated the challenger. The former Money in the Bank winner told him to simply calm down and said that he had proved he could also get under the Chosen One’s skin. 

Damian Priest forced to come to the aid of The Judgment Day yet again

On the latest episode of Raw, Carlito went one-on-one with Rey Mysterio. The Hall of Famer was looking for revenge after the former beat down Cruz Del Toro last week. The former LWO member had been successful in getting help from The Judgment Day in his fight against the Latin faction. This led to Finn Balor coming out during the match and attacking Dragon Lee.

This did not stop Rey Mysterio from picking up the win. Following the match, he also attacked Balor. However, the World Heavyweight Champion came out to even the odds and took out the former World Champion alongside Dragon Lee. After the beatdown, Priest looked highly upset with his stablemate’s interference in the match.
