NXT superstar Eddy Thorpe is currently embroiled in a rivalry with Lexis King on WWE’s developmental brand. He recently celebrated his birthday on July 15 with his family and close friends. In one of the pictures, The Alpha Wolf revealed that he is dating a Raw Superstar. The star in question is Dakota Kai, a member of Damage CTRL.

The recently turned 34-year-old star took to Instagram and shared multiple pictures from his birthday. Among them is a video of a couple walking hand in hand, presumably him and Dakota Kai. Another picture shows Thorpe and her sharing an intimate moment, captured in a mirror selfie. The last photo features the Damage CTRL member holding a Star Wars LEGO set.

Kai also confirmed their relationship with a subtle hint on social media. The Kiwi star re-shared WWE’s post about Thorpe’s win over Lexis King on the latest episode of NXT. Unfortunately for him, the former AEW wrestler brutally attacked him after the match. He revealed that his irritation with Thorpe’s extracurricular activities was the reason for his violent outburst.

Interestingly, there are several couples in WWE, including Carmelo Hayes and Kelani Jordan, Trick Williams and Lash Legend, and Bron Breakker and Izzy Dame. With one more WWE pairing coming to light, it’s safe to say that people with the same profession often gel well together.

The 35-year-old star took to X and revealed that the last time she wrestled in Japan was in 2016. She then worked with promotions such as Stardom and Sendai Girls. However, her life took a great turn, and now, after eight years of hard work and struggle, Kai is set to wrestle in Japan as an experienced WWE superstar.

She competed in an 8-person tag team match alongside Iyo Sky, Kairi Sane, and Tiffany Stratton against the babyface stars Bayley, Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, and Meiko Satomura. They wrestled on both shows, and her team suffered losses each time. Recently, Kai expressed her desire to one day wrestle at a PLE as a singles superstar. Only time will tell what the future holds for the Damage CTRL member.
