Elon Musk and Formula 1

As the 2021 Formula 1 season came to an end, twitter has seen a big flood of activity. From celebration and joy to defeat and disappointment, the last 24 hours has seen it all. The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix did not manage to escape from the memes either, as a series of memes flooded the social media app.

Elon Musk too was a part of this bandwagon, posting a hilarious meme about the Yas Marina Circuit. Netizens waiting for Musk’s tweet took a funny dig at the circuit in his own style. On Sunday, the techno king shared a snapshot of an F1 car passing a corner, with several signs of the sponsor ‘Zoom’ plastered around the track.

Musk took a dig at the photo, saying he was glad that F1 had started using subtitles. He was of course making a reference to the cars that F1 cars make, saying that the zoom hoardings were like subtitles to the Formula 1 race.
