The NFL Week 5’s final Sunday game was to be played out between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Dallas Cowboys. The game is crucial for both as they look to continue their trips to the playoffs.

The Steelers playing at home, generally have their solid fanbase to cheer them on as they battle against Dak Prescott and his teammates. But they also had a certain Elon Musk to hype them up.

The richest person in the world hopped into Acrisure Stadium, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers, to watch their game against the Cowboys. Before the game, the Steelers introduced Musk as he stood in his VIP suite. He waved to the crowd with the yellow Terrible Towel, with Steelers fans joining him in the act.

Elon Musk is in the state as part of the campaign of Presidential elections candidate Donald Trump. He took to the podium at the rally and spoke with Pennsylvanians as Trump and VP candidate JD Vance stood beside him. He wore a dark Make America Great Again cap and a jacket, which he had on from the campaign.

His wave of the Terrible Towel seemed to have worked in the first half. Their defense stopped Dak Prescott and the Cowboys’ offense from scoring any touchdowns. They intercepted Prescott once, forced a fumble and a punt, all in that half. It seemed to cheer up the Tesla and SpaceX founder.

Elon Musk tweets mid-game to rile up Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers almost happen to be Elon Musk’s hometown team. The University of Pennsylvania graduate took to his account to repost his towel-waving video with this caption; “Go Steelers!!”

Musk spent his early years in Pennsylvania and was there to savor the game along with his other activities. As his team continues to impress, he hopes to leave the game with a win.

Coming out into the third quarter, QB Justin Fields led his team to a touchdown. Once again, the vaunted Steelers defense stopped Dak Prescott. On the ensuing field goal, it was time for the special teams to make a play as they blocked it. If they can continue making plays on both sides of the ball, a win at home looks possible.

It must be noted that the Dallas Cowboys are inching to win the game and get back to a positive record. To upset that, all the Steelers need to do is to ensure their score is higher than theirs at the end of the game.
