Real Madrid’s latest signing Endrick is no stranger to the camera. The 18-year-old’s confidence and ability to stand up for himself makes him ‘perfect’ for the big screen. Even though his ability on the pitch speaks for itself, the same cannot be said for what he says on camera. The former Palmeiras man recently went viral for a bizarre claim as to who he preferred between Neymar Jr. and Jude Bellingham.
Al-Hilal forward Neymar is undeniably one of the most talented and exciting players of this generation. Despite his career trajectory taking quite the hit, Brazil’s all-time top scorer will forever be an inspiration for players, both young and old. In a recent interview, Endrick was asked to pick between Neymar and club teammate Bellingham.
Surprisingly, the teenager picked Bellingham over the former Barcelona man, much to the surprise of fans worldwide. Even though Bellingham has had one of the best debut seasons in recent times, it is irrefutable that the 21-year-old has surpassed Neymar in terms of legacy or ability.

Endrick told to ‘calm down’ after mediocre outing in latest El Clasico
Fans were thrilled to witness Madrid’s latest signing in action as they took on rivals FC Barcelona at MetLife Stadium. Even though questioning Endrick‘s ability seems like taking a shot in the dark, it is undeniable that the player had a game to forget against the Blaugrana.
With just one off-target attempt in the whole game, the forward failed to create an impact in the 2-1 defeat to Hansi Flick‘s men. After the game, Madrid’s goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois gave a few words of advice to the youngster.
Endrick has a lot of strength and power. He just needs to be a little calmer. I'm not saying that he's nervous but it's normal when you're playing for Real Madrid.Thibaut Courtois said in a post-match interview
The Belgian made sure to give credit where it’s due, claiming that Endrick thoroughly impressed in training sessions. Real Madrid have no plans to ship off the €35 million signing on loan, with the plan being to give him plenty of playing time in the 2024/25 season.
In a recently released list of Golden Boy favorites, Endrick was not to be seen in the top ten. After back-to-back defeats against Barcelona and AC Milan, Real will take on Enzo Maresca‘s Chelsea before facing Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup.
