Epic Games always tries its best to give its players an exciting and immersive experience in Fortnite. They have collaborated with multiple anime and manga series in the past. Players can enjoy cosmetics from Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia, etc. Now, Fortnite has finally, after years, collaborated with the popular anime series Jujutsu Kaisen

The collab has brought the “Break the Curse!” event to the game. With the event comes various quests that you can complete and get exciting rewards that are Jujutsu kaizen themed. There are different skins, emotes, and backings that you can earn by completing quests. One such quest is to help in hunting 3 cursed llamas. Let’s see how can you find one first:

Locate Cursed Llamas in Fortnite

In the ongoing Break the Curse! in Fortnite, different grades contain different quests for you to complete. There are a total of 5 grades, and they open sequentially as you complete all the quests in one grade. The current live one is Grade 4, featuring multiple quests to complete that will also grant us Cursed Energy, which we use to unlock various cosmetics.

One of the quests in Grade 4 is to “Help in hunting 3 Cursed Llamas” which gives you with valuable 400 Cursed Energy. Finding these llamas can sometime feel very tedious. Cursed llamas resemble regular llamas only but have a bright bluish aura around them. Like a regular llama, it can spawn randomly across the map. However, thanks to devs, as you approach one, they become marked on the map.

You can find them in any match, and once you find them, you have to shoot at them. You don’t need to be the one who kills it, but the llama must be hunted before it runs away. If you’re playing duos or are in a squad, ensure that each member gets a chance to inflict damage before you conclude the hunt. Repeat this 3 times, and your quest will be completed.

In addition to shooting them down, you can also run over Cursed Llama too to avoid attracting attention. Apart from the usual supply of ammo and shields, hunting the llama will also yield two Cursed Techniques: the Straw Doll Technique and the Hollow PurpleTechnique. Anime lovers will easily identify these powerful skills, as they are owned by Nobara Kugisaki and the Gojo family, respectively.

The addition of iconic Cursed Techniques adds an extra layer of excitement, allowing fans of the anime to connect with the game on a deeper level.
