Following a huge controversy surrounding her mysterious abusive husband, Kaitlyn ‘Amouranth’ Siragusa returned to Twitch to provide an update on her domestic condition. Post the stream, she announced that she will be going on an indefinite break.

The 28-year-old American glamour model has been involved in a lot of controversies during her streaming career but one of the most shocking moments came when she had a breakdown amidst her broadcast while explaining that she is married to someone who has been verbally abusing her for over 7 years.

Mugging up the courage to expose her husband by calling him during livestream and revealing the threatening texts he sent to her, Amouranth was subjected to severe amount of criticism by a section of her community who blamed her for scamming people into believing she was single all these years.

Content creators such as Pokimane, Asmongold came out in support of her by lashing out at those who were victim shaming her. Even Amouranth responded on the claims of keeping her affairs private, by stating that it wasn’t helping at all when she had kept these matters private.

Even though the content creator was able to keep herself collected due to the large amount of support she was getting from her fans and fellow streamers, it was evident that the whole situation was getting too much to bear for her. As a consequence, he announced that she will be taking a break, from both streaming and social media.

Kaitlyn has not informed her return date but judging from the controversial situation that has been created, it is likely that it could take months for the streamer to recover. On her last broadcast, she even stated that she has been seeking emotional therapy and might require some time to recover.

Amouranth’s community wishes her good health

Prominent streamers such as Valkyrae, and Karl Jacobs advised her to take as much time as she wants to recover. However, she also met with some hateful comments as one of the Twitter users asked why she is continuing to wear clothes that are ‘revealing’ as on her stream, she stated that she was forced to wear such clothes.
