BrookeAB to miss TwitchCon over continued death threats from stalker

100Thieves Content Creator and Twitch Streamer, BrookeAB, has revealed that she will not be attending the famed TwitchCon this time around as death threats from her stalkers continue.

She had started her streaming career back in 2019 and then quickly rose to fame as she went on to gain over 270,000 followers on the platform in a matter of months.

BrookeAB has been one of the fastest growing content creators on the Amazon owned streaming platform, Twitch. As mentioned earlier, she went from about 10,000 to over 270,000 followers in a matter of months.

Soon enough, looking to the growth that she seemed to be having, she was signed by none other than Los Angeles based, 100Thieves where Brooke spends most of her time these days.

However, as you might know, a streamer’s life isn’t all glamour and fame as Brooke soon started being subjected to harassment and receiving death threats from her stalkers.

At one point in time, it got so bad that she had to ask Twitter and Instagram to ban the person from their respective platforms since the person was getting to her head.

If that wasn’t sad enough, the content creator has revealed she won’t be attending Twitch Con this time around as the threats continue to pour into her DMS and she was scared that something might happen to her if she were to attend the very open public event.

In a tweet dated May 27th, Brooke revealed to her fans that she will in fact, not be attending the Twitch Con at San Diego this time around.

She went on to say that twitch did always maintain great security but with the constant death threats that she had been receiving, she simply did not feel safe going to the event.

Fans poured in with support in the replies of her tweet as one said, “Don’t apologize for wanting to be safe ever! We know how much you would love to come and meet fans but your safety is the most important thing,”
