Livestreams can be the beginning of disasters. When the ability to edit or monitor the content that will be put out to the public is removed, streamers or content creators can set themselves up for failure. This being said, Offset is the latest victim of this. The incident had blown out of proportion to the point where Cardi B stepped in to clear up allegations of her husband cheating on her. 

Following the Sidemen Charity Match, Kai Cenat shared streams with Offset before inviting him over to the AMP house. Kai Cenat and Offset did a 24-hour livestream with a lot of memorable moments. Following the stream, the drama that follows any streamer- or rapper-related content did make its way. Fans noticed Offset moving out of the frame a lot during the 24-hour livestream.

Offset would talk to a girl, who at one point asked him to go upstairs and continue their conversation. Fans then speculated that Offset was cheating on Cardi B and released an edit of Offset moving out of frame. On the same day, Offset also released his new song, “Fan”. To the surprise of fans, the music video had a special cameo appearance from Kai Cenat and Fanum of the AMP squad.

A fan page for Cardi B uploaded a video that proved Offset was sleeping upstairs when he went with the girl to talk over things. Kai even later clarified on X (previously Twitter) the allegations, saying since Offset was releasing a song that day, his team was constantly pulling Offset to the side of the stream to discuss it.

Under the tweet was a caption: “Y’all are lying and just putting random clips together. They were laughing because they caught him sleeping, and that’s definitely his brand manager or cousin.” This confirmed what Kai had clarified: that Offset was sleeping upstairs.

Cardi B retweeted this and wrote, “Exactly… The fact that they had to watch a 24-hour stream to fake piece things together is EMBARRASSING!!! They some do bads lmaaoooooo”. The American rapper had gotten engaged to Offset back in 2017. Despite constant trouble in paradise and cheating allegations, Cardi B and Offset are now said to be stronger than ever. 

It is sad how netizens jump to conclusions based on the past. The fact that Cardi B had to clear things up on behalf of her husband shows what streamers and content creators have to deal with regularly. Offset and Cardi B share two children amongst each other and have not had any public altercations ever since being divorced back in 2020 and later remarried.
