Dr. Disrespect rage quits Elden Ring

Dr. Disrespect, a YouTube streamer, is one of them. Elden Ring, on the other hand, is still a FromSoftware RPG. Difficulty is ingrained in us. The Elden Ring experience didn’t turn out to be exactly what Dr. Disrespect had hoped for.

Elden Ring is officially released, and both fans and critics are hailing it as one of, if not the best, FromSoftware game to date. Elden Ring’s glowing acclaim is bound to attract a large number of new players, especially with claims that the RPG would be more accessible and easier as a result of several important changes and features.

Dr Disrespect states he feels no pressure following game studio launch

Elden Ring was the YouTube streamer’s first From Software encounter when he started. Dr. Disrespect, on the other hand, was dissatisfied even as he jumped into the world of Elden Ring. He described the controls as slow and said he didn’t care for them.

Combat actions in FromSoftware games are infamous for being slow or delayed, which not only introduces risk and reward but also pushes players to understand timings in order to improve. Dr. Disrespect, on the other hand, was uninterested in the subtleties of Elden Ring’s combat.

Stormgate was a particularly difficult encounter for him, pushing him to the point of tilting. Dr Disrespect insulted the game, claiming “lock-on magnetic controls from NBA 2K21,” during a fight against a mid-boss named Mad Pumpkin Head, pushing him even further.

Dr Disrespect ultimately pulled the plug on Elden Ring after several more fatalities, insults directed at the lock-on mechanism and unresponsive controls, references to the NBA 2K franchise, and references to “athleticism.”

“The game is over for me. To be honest, I’m getting a little tired of it. I’m tired of it “As he closed Elden Ring and tossed his controller to the other side of the room, Dr. Disrespect said. He goes on to add that he didn’t enjoy Elden Ring’s melee combat loop, and that he didn’t enjoy the game overall.

To his credit, Dr Disrespect saw how Elden Ring could be exactly what a lot of people were looking for in a game. He realised how far Elden Ring had progressed and how much content remained to be found and discovered. Elden Ring wasn’t for him because it didn’t appeal to his tastes.
