How Does EA’s New Anti-Cheat Work in FIFA 23?
A new FIFA 23 Anti-Cheat software has been introduced by EA Sports in the game. This software aims to battle against various hackers who are looking to get into various users’ accounts. This anti-cheat software refers to the PC version of the game, as PC users are the ones who face heavy attacks from the hackers.
Users who play FIFA on PC have been haunted for many years by hackers, having their accounts hacked and coins stolen, missing features, crashing of the game, and more. Now, they have cause for a sigh of relief due to EA’s introduction of the anti-cheat software in FIFA 23. It is called the EA AntiCheat (EAAC).

The AntiCheat (EAAC) prevents external files and software from being inserted into your game. It also means that software mods or community mods likely won’t work. Anti-Cheat is enabled when FIFA 23 is first launched and automatically closes when the game is no longer running. Uninstalling the game will automatically uninstall EAAC as well, unless you have another game on your system that requires EAAC.
FIFA 23 can only be played offline as long as Anti-Cheat is installed. According to EA, developers work with individual player files to create cheats. Protecting the single-playerplayer mode is also important to protect the online mode. So far, players have responded positively to his EA anti-cheat announcement, with fans claiming it was “greatly needed.” However, we’ll have to wait and see if it lives up to the hype.
