Franck Ribery has the highest-rated Rulebreakers Team 2 card, and is extremely powerful

FIFA 23 Rulebreakers Team 2 is officially out, and Ribery is leading the meta with a card that looks very strong. The Frenchman has announced his decision to retire, and the release of his Rulebreakers card couldn’t be better.

There are a total of 12 cards previously released by EA Sports. The Rulebreakers promo was the first to feature two teams being released, the first being last week. The first 12 cards have been replaced by this second lot, available to players from packs.

These Rulebreakers items are less likely to be obtained than the base cards, but lucky ones can get their hands on these stunning versions. Ribery’s card is not only special in its overall, it also has excellent stats for FIFA 23. Players also get bonuses as he has a 5* Weak Foot and 5* Skill Moves.

An 88 Shooting means the item is very accurate in front of goal and can be expected to dominate the meta for now. Sergio Ramos also received a special card for the first time in FIFA 23.

Despite some weaknesses, Ramos’ special version gets a much-needed boost in the pace department, making it a useful card. Three more cards will be added as part of Team 2. Additionally, themed SBCs and objective cards are available to enhance the players’ experience.
