Fortnite announce final event Fracture for Chapter 3

Fortnite Fracture event
Fortnite has taken upon the task to redeem itself after the fiasco at Fortnitemares 2022. The latter was supposed to be Fortniteβs flagship event, but things did not turn out as anticipated. Due to several internal glitches as well as lapses from the developersβ side, fans have had mixed reactions to the event.
Therefore, Fortnite has decided to tease the release of the final event for Chapter 3, calling it Fracture. For one, the live event is set to take place exactly one year from when Donald Mustard revealed Midasβ fate shortly before Chapter 3 could begin. Considering this is the end of Chapter 3, itβs rather likely that Midas will be showcased in the live event and could return one final time. This return can be a brief cameo such as in the FNCS Invitational Finals or could return for a longer period as part of the event.

Popular theorist FNChiefAko gives out the following theory: “In the event, we’ll find and recruit Midas to help defeat Chrome and Herald with his golden touch. After chroming the Reality Tree, The Herald will summon The Nothing from it, and the fight against The Last Reality begins. What happens next is to be determined.” Since this character can literally turn anything to gold, a return would mean an infinite number of things for the fans to try out, which might even turn out to be a new player skin.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 date released

Fortniteβs latest season is scheduled to end on December 3, 2022, and the entire community has been waiting to receive the final update of the season. It has already been confirmed that the release of Chapter 3 Season 5 has been delayed, and will not release on December 4th. Rather, there is speculation that the final update of Season 5 will be pushed to the community between 5-6th December, and is scheduled to have the longest server downtime in the history of the game, spanning anywhere between 12-18 hours.
However, before the final season is released, one more update for Season 4 is pending, and the date of this update has finally been revealed to the community. The final update of Season 4 will be pushed on November 15, 2022. However, this final update is not set to feature too many changes or updates. Rather this will only give out a new customary skin pack and address the bugs in the game before specific map changes and other concepts are pushed in Season 5. It will be interesting to find out how the community reacts to the new event.
