A Fortnite x Doctor Who collab seems to be very real
At the start of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1, there was a mini Doctor Who collaboration in-game. Players were given a free redemption code to unlock a cosmetic item known as the TARDIS, and a spray.
The TARDIS, or Time and Relative Dimensions In Space, is a fictional hybrid of the time-machine and spaceships featured in the series. The in-game spray looks just like the real McCoy from the series. The crossover was pretty minimal, but it set the stage for something bigger to come.

What Implications Will a Fortnite x Doctor Who Collaboration Bring With it?
Given that the collaboration is months away, it’s possible that Epic Games has more than just Sprays and Creative maps planned this time around. Players may wonder how the TARDIS will be implemented in Fortnite, but it’s pretty easy to understand. Certain portable toilets allow the player to move quickly between two points on the island.
The TARDIS can be added to the game and replace the portable toilets as well. This creates some interesting rotation strategies on the map. For example, if a player is being tracked, they can use the TARDIS to teleport to another similar device and damage it after finishing.

Honestly, with a little imagination, the possibilities for this collaboration are endless. Developers can also add entire POIs to the TARDIS for players to explore. However, like last time, it may be limited to creative mode only.
Other characters may include Master, K9, and perhaps some prominent figureheads from history who have appeared on the show. Nonetheless, the collaboration will go on to be one of the most memorable for the Fortnite community in the UK.
