Fortnite challenges are launched in the game on a weekly basis for players to earn more amount of XP in the game with ease by doing some simple tasks. Fortnite’s quests are always pretty exciting and Epic Games have been bringing up a lot of new stuff for its Battle Royale enthusiasts.
Foraged items are items that can be found throughout the Island. They appear in all 3 game modes (Battle Royale, Save the World & Creative). Those items are mainly used to heal the players or give the players a shield, while they can be consumed directly from the ground & some can be picked up in the player’s inventory.
Foraged Items have a variety of uses, but are mainly used to increase the player’s HP. Other items will apply to the player’s temporary movement effects.
- Every unvaulted foraged item, except the firefly jar, can be found in Produce Boxes.
- If you decide to use items that heal over time, wait until one is done to eat another one. If you don’t it will cancel the one you previously ate.

- Retail Row.
- Camp Cod (south of Catty Corner)
When you approach one, you’ll see a ‘collect’ prompt as well as ‘consume’. Pressing it will equip the item on your inventory, so it’s not lost, but it’ll be marked for the challenge. These are light green, which makes them easy to spot at a distance. These challenges offer high amounts of XP when completed.
