Fortnite challenges are launched in the game on a weekly basis for players to earn more amount of XP in the game with ease by doing some simple tasks. Fortnite’s quests are always pretty exciting and Epic Games have been bringing up a lot of new stuff for its Battle Royale enthusiasts.
The Reality Sapling is a Game Mechanic in Fortnite: Battle Royale introduced in Chapter 3: Season 3. The Reality Sapling is a unique mechanic which persists beyond the current match, similar to a Tent. Reality Sapling’s fruits can be upgraded by ‘weeding’ the plant at least once every 24 real world hours. This is achieved by interacting with three weeds around your plant.
Reality Saplings spawn less fruit as the rarity increases, with Uncommon & Rare spawning three fruit, Epic spawning two and Legendary & Mythic spawning one. The latest challenge requires players to pick a Legendary or Mythic fruit from a Reality Sapling.
Mythic items are a special rarity in Fortnite: Battle Royale. They are often attributed to Boss Drops, upgraded versions of regular weapons, or completely unique items. Other mythic items available through LTMs include Kit’s Shockwave Launcher (Unvaulted,Lazar & Fresh’s Super Knockback), Witch Broom (Unvaulted) and Meowscles’ Peow Peow Rifle (Mando’s Bounty).
Players cannot gather Mythic fruit from anybody else’s saplings, except their own. After finfing these saplings players might need to pick weed surrounding the Sapling first. The Reality Sapling will drop a variety of Weapons, Healing Items and Bars. The weapon rarity corresponds with the rarity of the fruit.
Challenges are always a good addition to the game for more XP. Although these aren’t necessary to be completed, players can get free XP and hence other rewards.
