Following multiple rumors and leaks about a third Fortnite X Dragon Ball collaboration coming to the game soon, Epic Games has finally revealed a first look for the Goku Black skin. There was an image of Goku Black found on an ad on the PlayStation Store front.

The Fortnite X Dragon Ball crossover series took the Fortnite community by storm and saw massive growth in its player base following its release. Dragon Ball is one the most famous and loved Japanese anime that was first released in 1989. The anime has a huge cult following and its collab with Fortnite only increased its hype. Its first collab was released in August of 2022 featuring characters like Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Bulma.

The iconic move Kamehameha was also implemented into the game as a Mythical Ability and players loved every bit of it. Other in-game cosmetics like the Shenran Glider and Nimbus Cloud were also added to the game.

The second Fortnite X Dragon Ball crossover was released on 31 January, 2023, featuring the newer series Dragon Ball Super. It saw the addition of Son Gohan and Piccolo skins and also the return of Dragon Ball Adventure Island. Other in-game cosmetics included Gohan’s Beast Axe and Piccolo’s Demon Symbol and many other items.

Goku Black Skin officially teased by Fortnite

Reliable Fortnite leakers ShiinaBR and FN_Assist recently leaked that Epic Games had a new male Fortnite skin under the works. It was leaked that the skin had 2 variations and had been codenamed “Dual Paradox”. Fans were quick to speculate that the upcoming skin was Zamasu’s 2 variations of Goku Black and his rose SSJ transformation.

The Goku Black Skin in Fortnite was finally teased by Epic Games on an ad on the PlayStation Store front. Although the skin bundle has not hit the in-game stores, the estimated price for the bundle is set at around 2000 V-Bucks. This bundle includes :

  • Skin (+ Pink style)
  • Staff Pickaxe
  • Gold Pickaxe
  • Emote
  • Wrap

Previously, Fortnite X Dragon Ball crossover included items other than the skin bundle like the nimbus cloud or the creative adventure island. However, with other crossovers like Attack on Titan and Star Wars currently highlighting the game, the new Dragon Ball crossover is anticipated to be just a small collab with just the skin bundle being release to the game.
