The Stories of Winter Daily Commission is the only way to access the Equivalent Exchange World Quest. To put it another way, players must first complete the commission before receiving another quest from the Victor NPC inside the Cathedral Church.

Using the Adventure Handbook and selecting Mondstadt even as the default region for commissions inside the Commissions section can help you get this Daily Commission. Players will receive four commissions from the Mondstadt region every day as a result of this, increasing their probability of gaining Tales of Winter.

Daily Commission for Tales of Winter

Victor, a Fatui member, requests that the traveller and Paimon bring him Mitachurl riches from Mondstadt in exchange for telling them a narrative. As someone who has defeated Stormterror, the traveller knows how easy it is to defeat a Mitachurl.

The Daily Commission would be fulfilled after Victor receives the Mitachurl loot, and a World Quest symbol will appear above his head. As a result, players can now speak with Victor and begin the Equivalent Exchange task. Interestingly, Victor asks the traveller to join the Fatui during the Tales of Winter commission, and there’s a section in which the player can ask the Fatui agent questions regarding Tsaritsa, Delusions, or the Fatui.

Players can get a secret accomplishment by answering all three questions. Naturally, they’d have to finish their Tales of Winter commission three times, each time asking a different question. The Equivalent Exchange quest does not unlock any accomplishments for Genshin Impact users, even though it is a hidden World Quest. However, it may be advantageous in obtaining specific reputation prizes from the region.
