Genshin Impact 3.2 update
The Genshin Impact 3.2 update, “Akasha Pulses, the Kalpa Flame Rises” has gone live as the 5 hours of maintenance time is concluded. Players can claim the 600 primogems which have been delivered as a form of compensation and further can hop into the update to enjoy the new content.
The primary highlight of this update is the new character Nahida or Lesser Lord Kusanali whom players first met at the 3.1 update during the Archon Quest. As she is the Dendro Archon, her gameplay is set to affect the meta in several aspects. Apart from Nahida, Layla will also become playable.
As the update has become available worldwide, here we take a detailed look at the patch notes for the 3.2 update of Genshin Impact.

What’s new in Genshin Impact 3.2 update?
New characters
As mentioned before, Nahida and Layla will be the new characters for the 3.2 update. The Dendro Archon has been made available in the game from the first phase only along with Yoimiya’s rerun banner. Layla, on the other hand will be added in the banners of Yae Miko and Childe as 4-star Cryo sword character.
New weapon
A new 5-star character in Genshin Impact brings along their signature weapon in an update. As a consequence, Nahida has brought a new catalyst named ‘A Thousand Floating Dreams’. Players would notice that the catalyst looks like a ‘lamp’ which is quite different from the existing catalysts in the game. Rather than providing DMG, this weapon is based on providing buffs to the equipped character.

New Serenitea Pot system
The 3.2 update has also brought some much needed changes to the Serenitea Pot. The new system named ‘Replication’ will allow Travelers to generate Replicas to record the Furnishings arrangement of the corresponding area in their Serenitea Pot. This will further give them a Replica ID that can be used to capture other’s furnishings and make a similar housing in their Serenitea Pot.
New enemies
Scaramouche boss
At the final part of the Archon Quest, players will meet the weekly boss of Scaramouche which will create Energy Blocks while attacking the active character. As the boss’ combat style is different, players have to pick up thee blocks to recharge the Neo Akasha Terminal. Once recharged, it can be used to attack the boss.
Dendro Hypostasis
The last of the Hypostasis family, Dendro Hypostasis is now available in the game. Players can find a separate arena to challenge this boss which will drop materials required for the ascension of Dendro characters such as the newly released, Dendro Archon or Nahida.
The Genshin Impact 3.2 update has also added a new Archon Quest which will be permanently available in the game starting now. Apart from the quests, some new recipes have been added to assist the players during their combat.
