Even before the 3.5 update can be released in Genshin Impact, some new information on 3.7 version are gaining traction on the game’s social media communities. The leaked information mentions an upcoming Geo female character who has cat-like ears.

The new Geo unit belongs from Inazuma and shares her height with some existing characters like Ayaka and Yanfei. This implies that she is going to have a teenage appearance but her cat-like ears will set her apart from the other female characters. As for the details regarding her weapon and banner, the leakers are currently ‘clueless’.

Nevertheless, the r/genshin impact leaks community has provided a description of this Geo user which has helped fans to create their own versions. Surprisingly, one of the art works has got striking similarities with the original model, as it has received ‘8/10’ ratings by a prominent Twitter account of the game.

Players should note that some changes will be visible in the official model. Some of those features are her pleated skirt instead of ruffled. This might connect some dots as to why HoYoverse is planning to release a character from Inazuma in the 3.7 version. As per some ‘questionable’ leaks, Inazuma festival will be back in the game soon.

The Inazuma festival more or less confirms the arrival of a new character from the Electro region. In addition to that, a Reddit user named ‘ukrisreng’ has claimed that the update in question will also bring the rerun banner of Ayaka.

The 5-star Cryo user last saw her rerun in the game in the 2.6 update, probably the longest patch in the history of Genshin Impact. Considering the Inazuman festival, it will hardly be a surprise if the developers plan to release her rerun banner.

Although it should be noted that the 3.7 patch is still more than a couple months away for its release, which implies that the currently available information is subjected to change.
