Genshin Impact 3.1 banners: New releases and possible rerun characters

HoYoverse has pulled on the curtains in the 3.0 update beta which implies that the new characters that were going to be released in the patch are not undergoing any change. Leaks have also revealed Genshin Impact 3.1 banners where it is certain that we will see some more playable characters from the region of Sumeru.

There are some fragments of information available for the fans right now that claim that the upcoming patches after 3.0 will be cut shorted by a week. This could mean less time for the players to summon for new characters or rerun ones.

Everything known about Genshin Impact 3.1 banners

Before jumping into the characters that are going to be available in the Genshin Impact 3.1 banners, players should note that this information is more inclined toward speculations rather than a solid information available through data mined files. Nevertheless, let us take a look at the possible characters that are going to be seen in banners.

The 3.0 update is going to make Tighnari, Collei and Dori playable in different phases. It is for the first time that players can pull for a Dendro character. What is more interesting that a Dendro character will be provided for free and it is none other than Collei. While players are all set to get the last confirmation on 3.0 banners through the special program, some leakers are already prepared with Genshin Impact 3.1 banners.

New Releases

Cyno

Cyno got his first official revelation in one of the Sumeru teasers dropped by HoYoverse. He was also shown having a duel with Al-Haitham which has further increased the hype around him. He is going to be the first male 5-star Electro polearm user and the second male Electro user. Players might remember that he is the only character that was shown during the Teyvat Storyline Preview.

Nilou

The 5-star Hydro user who most likely uses sword as a weapon, Nilou is the master of dance and art in Sumeru. Players will see her dance moves not only in the game’s lore or cutscenes but in her Elemental abilities as well. While it is more or less certain that she will get a 3.1 release, it is yet to be known whether she is going to be released in the first phase or not.

Candace

A mysterious 4-star character that could be seen in Genshin Impact 3.1 banners with Nilou, Candace has a striking similarity with Lisa, a playable Electro character in the game. However, this appearance is based on fan art and players might have to wait more for the accurate revelation.

Possible rerun characters

At this moment, we cannot provide any information as to which characters will be seen once again in the Character Event Wishes but there are possibilities of these characters to appear-

• Venti (related to an event)
• Hu Tao & Childe (long time since last rerun)

Standard banner changes

Another crucial thing that cannot be missed is that there are going to be some modifications on the Standard banner of the game. Tighnari, the first Dendro male user might be added permanently to the standard banner after the 3.0 update so that the banner consists of a character of each element.
