As an obvious fact, the developers of the anime-styled RPG release new weapons alongside a new character released in each update. Recently, the signature weapon of Yelan in Genshin Impact was revealed by some trustworthy sources who have also listed the stats and other details of the weapon.
Yelan in Genshin Impact is an upcoming 5-star character who uses the Hydro element similar to Kamisato Ayato. It is worth noticing that the developers have been adding a lot of Hydro characters lately in the game.

Yelan in Genshin Impact: Signature weapon stats
After adding a new sword named Haran Geppaku Futsu in the game, the developers are gearing up to add a new bow which will apparently be beneficial for Yelan. As several players have already watched the gameplay animations of the character, it can be assumed that she is going to be a DPS character.
As per the 2.7 leaks, the new 5-star weapon is going to be a bow since Yelan is a Hydro bow user. The name of the weapon has been kept as Aqua Simulacra which is subjected to change as the new update is still few weeks away. Let us now look at the stats for the new weapon-

- CRIT DMG- 19.2
Level 90
Base ATK- 542
CRIT DMG- 88.2%
With such a high CRIT DMG at both base and maximum levels, using this weapon for DPS characters like Ganyu, Yelan or Yoimya will yield fruitful results. On the other hand, the passive ability of this weapon makes it look as the handmade weapon for Yelan in Genshin Impact.
HP is increased by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% when there are opponents nearby, the character equipping this weapon will have an increase DMG of 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. It is important to note here that this effect will take place even if the character is off-field.
As mentioned in the elemental abilities of Yelan in Genshin Impact, her main DMG scales off her HP which means players should farm for HP based artifacts on Yelan and try to pull for the Aqua Simulacra which might even make her a broken DPS character.
It is also worth mentioning here that the stats and passive abilities of the weapon might change as the beta phase of the 2.7 update is still ongoing. If leaks are to be considered, players will be able to pull for the weapon in the month of May.
