Fortnite is well known for partnering with different anime and shows to give its players a mix of both in the game. The Fortnite X Dragon Ball crossover series has been a mega-hit among Fortnite streamers and fans. The game has collaborated with one of the biggest anime franchises in the world Dragon Ball a total of three times.
The first collab was released in August 2022, featuring in-game cosmetics and skins for characters like Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, and Bulma. The first crossover also included the famous movie Kamehameha as a mythic ability along with the Nimbus cloud and also introduced the Creative adventure game mode.
Fortnite released the second collab in January of 2023, featuring the character skin bundles for Dragon Ball Super characters Son Gohan and Piccolo. Both crossover series were very well received by players thus leading to the release of the highly anticipated third collab featuring the Goku Black skin bundle. Epic Games has finally released the much anticipated Goku Black Skin Bundle to Fortnite and fans are hyped. Although small, this is the third collaboration in the Fortnite X Dragon Ball crossover series. The Goku Black skin bundle was released on May 12, 2023, and contains:
- Goku Black skin
- Super Saiyan Rosé alternate style
- Ki-Scythe harvesting tool
- Ki-Sword harvesting tool
- Goku Black’s Charging Up emote
To much disappointment, the bundle does not contain any glider or back bling, so players will either need to use one of the cosmetics from the previous collabs or select one from the various ones offered by Epic Games.

The Goku Black Skin bundle in Fortnite currently costs 1800 V-Bucks due to discounts. However if bought on a later date, the skin bundle will have a full price of 3,100 V-Bucks. Players can either choose to buy two of the 1,000 V-Bucks bundles for around $16 or the 2,800 V-Bucks option for $20.
As previously anticipated with other crossovers like Attack on Titan and Star Wars currently highlighting the game, the latest Fortnite X Dragon Ball crossover was just an addition of a skin bundle with no other returning aspects from previous collabs.
