“I am not getting involved,” KSI gives his views on the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflicts

As streaming and YouTube grow into bigger phenomena, influencers and internet personalities are often treated as mainstream celebrities. Just like celebrities are asked about their views on real-world issues, it has become common for streamers to be asked such questions as well. On the same note, KSI was recently asked about his views on the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict.

On a recent stream, KSI did a ‘just chatting’ segment with his audience. It was his first stream on YouTube in nearly a decade. He interacted with his fans and asked any questions they had about the streamer. KSI got on a voice call with a Discord viewer, who said he had a highly controversial question to ask KSI.

KSI already looked concerned and said, “Oh, god.” The viewer continued by asking KSI what he thought about the Israel-Palestine conflict in the Middle East. KSI realised the question’s severity and seemed hesitant to answer it.

KSI sides himself from commenting on Israel-Palestine conflict

KSI buried his face in his hand upon being asked about the conflict. He let out a slight laugh before answering. The YouTuber began by saying he had no idea what was happening in the region, admitting to his ignorance about the topic.

He further said that he did not want to get involved in talking about such a sensitive situation. KSI continued and said that such a situation was way above him. Further, he said, “Get out, please.” and laughed uncomfortably.

The PRIME co-founder then requested that his audience ask him less controversial questions on the stream, as he did not want to talk about such sensitive situations.

That is it. I have no idea what is going on. I am not getting involved.

KSI’s audience appreciated his honesty. He admitted to not knowing enough about the topic and, hence, refused to talk about it. Many others pretend to be experts on a subject they have no idea about. Others wondered why a YouTuber was being asked questions about geopolitics and war situations.
