According to Hindustan Times, a newspaper publishing company based in Delhi, the Pakistani woman, Seema Ghulam Haider, 27, met Sachin Meena, 22, through PUBG in 2019. Seema claimed that Sachin and her played the game “for hours on end…and never stopped talking.” Soon after playing the game together for a while, they confessed their love for each other. But what is a love story if it’s fulfilled easily? Furthermore, this was just the start of their complicated love story.

Seema was married and had four kids. The relationship between Sachin and Seema started after Seema’s husband landed a job in Saudi Arabia. Moreover, he moved there, leaving behind his family in Pakistan. Furthermore, the relationship between the good country and the conflicting religious belongings of the couple proved to be more of a constraint. However, for love, Seema chose to forget about all boundaries, be it religious or between nations.

On May 2023, Seema finally decided to make her way to India with her kids in tow. She reached Nepal and took the route devised by the couple after “searching it on YouTube.” Mir Jan Jhakrani, Seema’s father-in-law, told the Hindustan Times that Seema had secretly sold the house in Pakistan so they could travel without her husband’s knowledge. However, Seema denied the accusations. She reported to BBC that she had sold a part of her parent’s land to finance the trip. She further informed the authorities that her husband mistreated her and abused her often.

Seema and Sachin, along with her kids, lived together with Sachin’s father in Greater Noida, a city attached to India’s capital, Delhi. They had been living together for more than a month, according to Police. On Tuesday, the pair was apprehended after a lawyer alerted authorities. Regarding Seema’s residence and marriage, the two sought legal counsel. An accusation of unauthorized entry into the nation led to the detention of Seema and her four children.

Accusations of hiding Seema without a visa led to Sachin and his father’s detention. The three persons who were released on Saturday received bail from the court. The court claimed that Seema’s entry into the country wasn’t with “any bad intentions,” according to news outlets. What the future may unfold is still not clear.
