NA has one of the most notorious and strict tax regulations. And it’s much worse for higher-income citizens. They have to pay astronomical amounts of taxes to the state. And most of the time, citizens get no value for the taxes they pay. The recent incident with Streamer Tyler1 is evidence of this flawed system, and it left fans in despair. Furthermore, Tyler1 criticized NA Healthcare for this after his girlfriend, Macaiyla, rushed to the ER.

Tyler1 just ended his 17-day hiatus and went on stream to share a tragic incident with fans. On June 28, 2023, Macaiyla heartbreakingly updated and disclosed that both of them had lost their baby after she experienced a miscarriage. The couple had rushed to the ER when Macaiyla felt the worst pain in her stomach. After many tests, the doctors informed them that Macaiyla had an ectopic pregnancy. Furthermore, the doctor regretfully informed them that they’d lose their child.

Tyler1 revealed during a live stream on July 4, 2023, that Macaiyla was five to six weeks pregnant at the time. For a while, the League of Legends streamer talked about how it may’ve happened, as he had already done intensive research on it. But the real outburst came after this. And the experience Tyler1 mentioned left fans in disbelief.

Tyler1 explains his NA Healthcare experience

Tyler1 thoroughly discussed his bad experience with NA Healthcare during his first stream after a 17-day hiatus. This experience left fans in utter shock over how bad the healthcare situation in their country is. He said,

“So, long story short. Not to get into it too much. I’m going to bring up. Bro, what the f**k is NA healthcare, by the way? Like, you would sit here and tell me that my taxes don’t do anything?! For anyone? Bro, and, we haven’t even got the f**king bill yet! We haven’t got the bill! Dare I see the f**king bill… but, what am I paying taxes for if my significant other is in the ER for two hours, dying!”

He further explained how badly Maciayla was treated,

“We get there and we tell them, ‘Yo, guys, by the way, she’s pregnant and she’s having stomach pains.’ These clowns are probably like, ‘Huh, just another… just another young pregnant b**ch!’ Probably, is what they’re saying. ‘Easy stomach pains, no problem! Go sit down in the waiting room. We’ll get to you eventually.'”

The streamer further added how his girlfriend had to wait for an hour while bleeding before anyone looked after her,

“We’re, like, over there for, like, an hour. So, Caiyla, this whole time, by the way, is bleeding! If you want to be honest – it’s really hard to say… but, Caiyla was dying. Unironically! Like, actually! She’s bleeding. She’s dying in the waiting room.”

Tyler1 emphasized that the doctors and nurses showed no concern for what was happening to Macaiyla. He provided examples during the stream of healthcare professionals who laughed, made jokes, and talked on their phones. This incident shows how lacking healthcare is in NA. All the taxpayer money that can be used intensively for taking care of the quality of life for the citizens instead gets unutilized in the defense sector.
