Riot Games went all out with its first FPS competitive game, Valorant. And it’s been a successful endeavour for the company. Moreover, Valorant has made its name prominent in the eSports industry since its release three years ago. The game even won an award in the Game Awards 2023. Furthermore, three years after its release, Valorant is getting a new Sniper Rifle Outlaw in the Episode 8 Chapter 1 update.

The game has many unique features, from animated cosmetics to unique gameplay and characters, which keeps the hype up. And with constant updates and patches, the game has no chance of dying any time soon. Furthermore, the player base loves the constant support Valorant receives from the developers.

Furthermore, its weapon catalog is similar to CS and has remained the same for three years now. However, it seems like there will finally be a new huge change coming to Valorant. The new Episode 8 Chapter 1 of Valorant would introduce a new Sniper rifle, Outlaw.

The player base continues to grow, and eSports tournaments like the VCT are rising in popularity. Moreover, Valorant has an arsenal of weapons in-game, from snipers to rifles, machine guns, and even sidearms.

And this weapons list is going to get a new addition quite soon. For a while, Valorant insiders had revealed that Valorant would be getting a new Sniper rifle called Outlaw. Moreover, a recent update has given this new weapon a tentative date: the start of Episode 8, Chapter 1.

The name of this upcoming gun is Outlaw, a new sniper game. This new weapon would cost $2400 (in-game money that players get at the start of every game round) and pack a lot of punch. This weapon would have 2 bullets simultaneously, similar to the existing sidearm in the game, Shorty. Furthermore, Outlaw will end the recent Half-Shield meta, as the body damage of this weapon is a whooping 140HP and would kill Half-Shielf players with a single shot.

Furthermore, Valorant’s new sniper rifle, Outlaw, will be available in the game with non-animated skins. Riot Games is working on its huge success and is constantly keeping up with its continually expanding player base. This new weapon is a good change in Valorant, as it has been a while since there has been a drastic weapon change in the game.
