PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0
Hackers in PUBG Mobile might have to take a backward step from the game as Tencent has recently announced their plans to bring some new anti-cheat features through PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0 which was announced by the developers recently.
The latest video uploaded on the YouTube channel of PUBG Mobile has been extremely informative and beneficial for the players as it discusses about several new features that the developers have planned to incorporate in the game for the upcoming patch as well as their future updates.

PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0 explained
The Ban Pan initiative in PUBG Mobile was first revealed to the players in PUBG Mobile Club Open 2019 Fall Split Grand Finals. Under this initiative, Tencent claimed how the technical experts under this game are are fighting tooth and nail against the hackers by developing an anti-cheat system to minimize or completely eradicate hacking.
Ever since that, it has been banning the accounts of the players who are caught using illegal tools in the game to manipulate the match results in their favor and using hacks to gain the upper hand against legitimate players. While it is true that the system brought a respite in the gaming environment, it certainly needed an upgradation to counter the exponential rise in hackers.
After announcing the Device Ban feature in the 1.8 update, Tencent is gearing up to launch PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0 which will bring some new anti-cheat features and of course continue to provide a legitimate gaming environment. The upgraded Ban Pan system aims to bring the following features-
New Anti Cheat system features
Fog Of War
The Fog War anti cheat system under PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0 is able to combat X-Ray vision and other methods of cheating by cutting them off from the source. Player’s in-game view can be intelligently identified as the server will only send data of each player’s visible range back to their local device while information outside the visual range will not be synced locally. Hackers will be obscured by the fog of war system and won’t be able to see anything.
Ban Pan System AI
The Ban Pan system AI has also been modified by building various machine learning modules. It can detect a wide range of suspicious player behavior that will further isolate the players so that they can be kept apart from legitimate players. Further assessment will be done to impose penalties accordingly.
Eagle Review System
For match reviews, PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0 will add an Eagle Review system in which the senior investigators who will be monitoring suspicious players in real time to provide more accurate assessments on cheating during a match.
Improved UI for player report
Reporting hackers and cheaters will be quite easy as the upgraded system will bring an improved UI system for the players for quick assessment of the reports submitted by the players.
PUBG Mobile Ban Pan 2.0 will be incorporated in the game when the May update is launched. With new cutting-edge technology, the instances of hacking can be brought down to a greater extent.
