Sony reveals Limited Edition Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle WITH DualSense Controller

With the Story trailer launch for Spider-Man 2, Sony has brought out something else. It’s the Limited Edition Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle. This upcoming bundle would include everything the normal bundle does but better. Revealed during the San Diego Comic-Con, this new bundle will drop alongside the upcoming game, Spider-Man 2, on October 20th. Although this is not Sony’s first exclusive console rodeo, gamers are still overly excited about it.
Sony is famous for releasing exclusive consoles while releasing their new exclusive game titles. With the release of God of War: Ragnarok, Sony released the PS5 God of War: Ragnarok Jotnar Edition. Moreover, Spider-Man 2 is set to be Sony’s next best-selling AAA game title. Hence a console made especially in the image of the upcoming game is an idea Sony couldn’t miss out on.

The Limited Edition Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle
The new Spider-Man 2 PS5 console is all set to release alongside the game on October 20th. Furthermore, this console is another beautiful design by Sony. This bundle features a custom PlayStation 5 console cover design and a matching DualSense wireless controller. The symbiote tendrils are aggressively approaching the Spider-Man emblem on the PS5’s front cover. Gamers using the DualSense wireless controller may notice the symbiote design occupying a bigger area of the controller.
“The design was inspired by the in-game symbiote that’s taking over the console and controller, but you can still see some of the underlying red under the tendrils. This represents the various ways players will experience the symbiote takeover in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. It’s a constant push and pull for dominance whether it’s internal or external and the outcome is not certain.”

Furthermore, the best part of this console is that gamers can buy every item separately too. This includes the Dualsense controllers and PS5 Console Covers for both the normal edition and the Digital edition. The pre-orders will begin on July 28, and gamers from the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Portugal can get this console from here. As for the price, considering the previous exclusive consoles’ price, it is estimated to be around $599. Although Sony may increase the price of components sold separately, it is not clear yet.
Just like the previous exclusive bundles, this will also include a physical copy of the game. The Limited Edition Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 PS5 bundle is a really solid bundle by Sony, and gamers all around are looking forward to its launch.
