Valorant Skins: Neptune 2.0 skin bundle is reportedly coming soon to the game

Valorant has more than 50 weapon skin bundles currently. These skin bundles are either unique or are the 2.0 version of the previously introduced skin that grew to immense popularity. In a rare case like Magepunk, Riot Games has even introduced a 3.0 bundle. Fans often love to see the 2.0 skin bundles as they bring skins for those weapons that were not included with the original bundle. Now, according to some leaks, the highly beloved Neptune skyline is getting a 2.0 bundle in Valorant.

Neptune skin bundle is among those skylines that do not have any finishers or bullet tracers, yet it is very popular in the community. It is a simple and clean skyline with a satisfying firing sound. It has 3 tiers of upgrades, which include a kill banner, but as mentioned earlier, it lacks the finisher. Neptune will be the first skin bundle that does not have a finisher and is still getting a 2.0 version, which shows how popular this skin bundle is.

Neptune is a sea-themed skin collection with some cute small fishes swimming around the weapon. It is also one of the reasons why this skin line is popular in the Valorant community as it brings a uniqueness to the game. Content creators like MrLowlander have their fair share in making this skin bundle popular.

Valorant community’s favorite and one of the most reliable insiders, Mike aka ValorLeaks, took to his X handle and revealed that the Valorant developers are soon going to introduce the Neptune 2.0 skin bundle in the game. Mike also revealed the probable skin coming with the 2.0 version. The original bundle includes skins for Shorty, Spectre, Guardian, Vandal, and the melee. So it is obvious that 2.0 will include a skin for Phantom. Along with Phantom, Odin, Bulldog and some other missed-out weapons will reportedly receive the Neptune 2.0 skin.

The original Neptune skin bundle included the Neptune Anchor melee, which looks like a pickaxe from Fortnite. Mike didn’t reveal the details about the melee and the secondary weapon coming with the Neptune 2.0. However, fans can expect a Neptune skin for Ghost or Sheriff. As for the melee goes, it will be interesting what devs will bring for fans.

Neptune is a premium-tier skin bundle, which means it costs 7100 VP for the bundle and 1,775 VP for the single weapon skin. Players can expect a similar price stage on the Neptune 2.0 collection. In addition to this, fans can also expect some new variants for the Neptune 2.0 in Valorant. The original bundle has only 2 variants: White and Black. Devs might add a red or blue to match up the sea theme, which goes hard. Now fans have to wait till more information about the bundles comes up.
