Odomne to part ways with Valorant outfit KOI before VCT 2023

KOI

The Valorant pre-season preceding VCT 2023 has been quite eventful with a number of changes happening in several teams. Several teams are yet to reveal their complete rosters, and with the deadline inching ever so closer, teams are finally trying to lock in their playing rosters ahead of the championship to the point where 100T are considering signing an Overwatch pro as the sixth member in their squad.

The preseason has seen several surprising transfers, with Optic Gaming, the Valorant Champions of 2022 even reaching the point of dissolution with several key members like El Diablo choosing to join the Cloud9 roster. Not too surprisingly, Sentinels have added ShahZam into their hall of fame and Cryocells has joined 100T, with Sam searching for a way out, and overall it has been a wild window so far.

And now, Odomne is leaked to not continue with the KOI for VCT 2023. The player and the franchise said to part ways as Odomne will search for a new contract as a free agent in the upcoming days. This is huge news for the KOI fans since Odomne was one of the mainstays in their roster last year, getting some important frags and clutches last season to secure his team a place in the partnership program.

Odomne will sign a new contract with Toplaner Szygenda for the upcoming season, the details of which will be finalized within the next few days. This comes after KOI decided to create its roster afresh for the new season, releasing all of its existing players to secure new ones.

Trent is best known for playing the initiator main, picking up Sova, and wreaking havoc in the opponent team composition. There are very few Sova players like him with the exception of AverageJonas, although he has been known to be flexible, making him a primary pick on almost all rosters.

However, he can pick up a Fade and KAY/O and deal equal damage to the enemies, making him one of the most formidable initiators to come across in tournaments in general.
