After 24 hours of dropping the sneak peek for the Oni 2.0 skin bundle, Valorant has released the cinematic for the upcoming skin bundle. Oni was among the first skins added to the game in 2021 after the beta.
To this date after almost 2 years of release, Oni Phantom is still one of the best Phantom skins currently in Valorant. Now soon players will be able to Oni Vandal too in the game. Valorant hasn’t released any skin collection with animation for a while. The Oni 2.0 provides a lot of callback value while also giving players a sense of relief.
There’s a lot of hype around the Oni 2.0 bundle, and it is definitely destined to become very popular as soon as it hits the store. Here’s everything you need to know about the new upcoming Oni 2.0 skin bundle in Valorant.
Oni 2.0 Skin line in Valorant
Valorant’s official YouTube and Twitter handles dropped the cinematic for the much-awaited Oni 2.0 bundle. Players can finally see how these skins look in the game.
Like always, the Valorant animation team has just outdone themselves. The cinematics look amazing and the background narration just takes it to the next level. All skins look very clean and cool. Oni 2.0 will feature skins for these weapons:
- Vandal
- Bulldog
- Ares
- Frenzy
- Melee – Katana
Devs did a great job for bullet tracers and the gun firing sounds are also pretty balanced. But the creme de la creme, Oni Katana looks very sick. From its inspection animation to pulling out animation everything looks great. It is a significant improvement over the original Oni claw in Valorant.
While getting knife kills is satisfying, this version will make cutting through enemies look fantastic. All weapons will feature the same colour variants as the original Oni skin bundle. Like the majority of the 2.0 skin lines, Oni 2.0 will also have the same finisher as the original Oni.
The price for Oni 2.0, as per the popular insider ValorLeaks, will be 7100 VP. It means that like the other 2.0 skins, this bundle will also be a Premium tier. Buying gun skins individually will cost you 1775 VP.
As for the melee goes, it can cost you 3550 VP or 4350 VP depending upon the Valorant’s decision. If you buy the complete bundle, you will get Oni 2.0 katana for free. Oni 2.0 Skin Bundle is set to hit your store on 7 March 2023, i.e, with the commencement of Episode 6 Act 2 of Valorant.
