Rainbow Six Siege Year 9 Season 1 “Deadly Omen” update: Content & release date

Ubisoft has officially released the full Rainbow Six Siege Year 9 Roadmap after much anticipation. Year 9 Season 1, which debuts on March 12, 2024, features the new attacker, Deimos, in Rainbow Six Siege. The devs revealed a plethora of additional features that will also be included in the game in the formal reveal panel.

The Year 9 Season 1 of Rainbow Six Siege is going to be a tough one for Defenders, with Deimos wreaking havoc from the Attackers’ side! Season 1, also called Deadly Omen, will kick off Year 9 really spectacularly.

The eagerly anticipated Revamped Shield Mechanic, which will alter the shield meta in Siege, will debut in Season 1. The upcoming season will also provide new visual changes and entirely alter the game’s attachments.
