Batman: Arkham City was released shortly after, still considered the best game in the Arkhamverse Games universe.
Later, Batman Arkham Origins, which is a prequel, and Batman Arkham Knight soon joined the series. The Batman Arkham Trilogy was recently released for the Nintendo Switch as well. The most recent addition to the Arkhamverse was Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, which departs from the focus on Batman and instead focuses on the antiheroes of the DC Universe, adding layers to the complex world of Gotham City.
