The Rich Campbell situation seems to have taken over the streaming community as every streamer is providing their opinion on the situation. Imane ‘Pokimane’ Anys, one of the biggest female Twitch streamers also happened to address this situation and through her statements, it seems she is disappointed over what took place.

The Moroccan-Canadian internet personality recently recovered from Covid-19 and has been streaming on a regular basis since then. Recently, when she happened to play with pro player Connor ‘PROD’, her chat wished to know her take on the ongoing controversy.

She began by saying, “You want to know what’s sad? Nowadays it’s kind of scary to be like, ‘Hey! I think this person is kind of cool! Nice guy!’ Because like, four years later, you find out that they’re se*ual predators, or something. It just feels so tainted.” The Twitch star expressed her disappointment as she was acquainted with Rich for a long time.

PROD, however advised her that she should not take the blame upon herself, to which Pokimane replied that even if she doesn’t consider at the wrong here, she can’t help but constantly think over the situation. The 26-year-old content creator concluded by saying that she might have to visit a therapist due to too much trauma.

Pokimane provides a shoutout to Sykkuno while she was Covid-19 affected

Even though the streamer has been very conscious of her health since she came back from her brief streaming hiatus, she revealed that she had caught Covid-19, despite being able to avoid it during the initial years of the pandemic.

Her streams didn’t took a toll though, as she continued to host ‘sick’ streams for a short period of time for her audience. During one such stream when she told that she had recovered enough, Pokimane expressed her gratefulness towards YouTuber Thomas ‘Sykkuno’.

She elaborated how the fellow streamer always managed to keep a check on her, even if it was a random message from the content creator. Fortunately, for her, the recovery wishes worked well enough as she managed to get back into fit health within a short period of time.

Fans react to Pokimane’s statement

Juat like PROD, fans were also supportive of Pokimane as they told her that she shouldn’t take the blame upon herself as people often hide their worst part from their friends or family members.

Although Rich Campbell has resigned from his organization, he is yet to provide his side of the story despite making claims that he will soon share an update with the fans.
