What happened to MrBeast’s virtual restaurant chain, MrBeast Burgers?
MrBeast is finally shutting down the MrBeast Burgers after his statement of not being able to control the quality of Burger.
Over the years, YouTuber Mr. Beast explored and gained popularity in stores with Mr. Beast merchandise that sells original Mr. Beast t-shirts and drinks, along with a new chocolate brand named Feastables. In one of his videos, Mr. Beast collaborated with famous chef Gordon Ramsay as a judge to promote Feastables. However, one of his food chains, Beast Burgers, is going through a rather rough patch. Unfortunately, Mr. Beast Burgers is officially shutting down for good.
For those uninitiated, Mr. Beast is known for his daring content stunts on YouTube. From spending millions of dollars on each video to donating massive amounts of money to philanthropic work and charities, he has truly inspired the young generation with his record-breaking video ideas. With that being said, there is no denying the fact that creating good-quality content eventually helped him become one of the most followed and cherished YouTubers in 2023.
For context, Mr. Beast first launched his virtual restaurant chain in late 2020. In the early days of Beast Burgers, the franchise did a good amount of business, considering the massive popularity of Mr. Beast on the internet. However, after three years of operations, it seems that Beast Burger might have to close down for good. The reason being? Lack of activity and risk regarding the quality of the order
That’s not all; Mr. Beast even deleted one of the videos of “I opened a restaurant that pays you to eat at it” on YouTube in late May 2023. All these signs are pointing towards the uncertainty of Operation, which is finally shutting down Beast Burgers.
MrBeast shutting down its Beast Burgers after quality issues
To fans’ dismay, Mr. Beast has finally come out with the decision to close down its virtual restaurant, Beast Burgers. Giving more weight to the speculations that have been floating on the internet for quite a while now. Mr. Beast ascertained the rumor and, in his defense, cleared the air by stating that control over food quality has not been supervised. This comes amidst the issue that Mr. Beast himself doesn’t have a team in place to prepare the burgers.
Instead, he is relying more on third-party vendors to carry out all the operations that need the burgers to be made and delivered. Further, Mr. Beast justified the move by mentioning his will and interest in his brand of chocolate feast tables. Feastables have been growing exponentially over a short period. And he is more passionate and willing to put in efforts to grow his budding business, Feastables.
The shutting down of Beast Burger which made the record of “most sold burger in a day” on its launch made the headlines. And as expected, the internet is all over it. Fans are having a mixed reaction to the shutting down of MrBeast Burgers.
Sharing a wide spectrum of reactions online, here’s what fans have to say:
Yeah, the problem with Beast Burger is i can’t guarantee the quality of the order. When working with other restaurants it’s impossible to control it sadly

And tbh I just enjoy Feastables 100x more. Making snacks is awesome and something I’m way more passionate about ?
Make feastables like Willywonka and have 100 chocolate bars with tickets go out in the mix for a challenge video

I know you have been working out and lifting daily. You should make a Feastables protein bar!!

You’d be better off starting actual restaurants/QSRs with a head of ops. Higher up front cost, but significantly more controls on product.

Hit me up if you’re interested, I might know a guy.
Yeah great idea, but quality control was hell I noticed for mine locally. They legit messed up every item in my 2 orders I tried.

That's a smart business move if you can't see the quality your putting out its to risky working as a cook for 7 years I'd agree with your statement @mr

Right after I just watched the Gordon Ramsay show Food Stars with you on it. The episode was about ghost kitchens making food for other companies.

The business made a good profit and received good feedback from its customers. And after two and a half years, it’s finally closed down for good.
