Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 5 has taken players back to Fortnite Chapter 1, also known as Season OG. The update has left players reminiscing in nostalgia as Epic Games has brought back many old gameplay mechanics and items, such as the Storm Flip. Epic Games has re-added the original POIs, OG Graphics, and everything that will take players back in time. One such item is the Air Strike, which has now been re-added to Fortnite.
Epic Games has also unvaulted many weapons and items that were part of the first chapter but were vaulted from the game. Ballers in Fortnite are vehicles of common rarity. The item was first introduced to the game in Chapter 1, Season 8. Epic Games returned Chapter 1 Season 9 & X on November 23rd, per the Fortnite OG season schedule. Although not first introduced in these seasons, Ballers in Fortnite have returned for this week.

The baller is a vehicle that can be used to quickly traverse the map. It only seats one player, who acts as the driver. If you wish to transport your entire squad using a baller, you will have to find multiple of these. The baller moves in all directions and contains a boost and a grappler.
The boost launches the vehicle at high speeds for a short period of time. The grappling glove can be attached to almost any point on the map. Unlike the grappler used by players, the item does not yank you towards the attached spot. Instead, it is used as a tether, allowing you to swing around a point, similar to Wrecking Ball in Overwatch.
In Fortnite Season OG, there are a total of 35 ballers scattered all over the map. The list below contains each location where ballers spawn. Note that multiple ballers can spawn in the same PoI. Aim to land in a location where two or three of the places listed below are located next to each other. This will increase your chances of finding a baller.
- Lazy Link
- Risky Reels
- Retail Row
- Paradise Palms
- Fatal Fields
- Salty Springs
- Dusty Divot
- Loot Lake
- Pleasant Park
- Open Football Stadium
- Shifty Shafts
- Viking Village Waterfall
- Flush Factory
- Frosty Flights
Unlike the X-4 Stormwing, Ballers in Fortnite does not run on fuel but rather on a battery. Once a baller is discharged, you cannot use it again. You will instead have to look for another one. While the vehicle itself is not practical for competitive play, it is great for having fun in a casual match with your fans.
