Williams announced the shocking move of signing Carlos Sainz on a multi-year contract after of the Belgian GP. The signing of Sainz means that Alex Albon will get a new teammate in 2025. The Spaniard is the driver with a lot of experience and knowledge which would eventually help Williams in achieving their goals. However, Albon wants the team to be realistic in setting their goals as he expects to continue facing struggles starting from 2025.

I get along well with him as with any other driver. if you consider his experience and his knowledge he is certainly an asset , but to be honest, all this does not do much for me.
