Appeal against Christian Horner’s inappropriate behavior verdict gets denied

Christian Horner‘s investigation saga continued to receive massive additions for the initial few races of the 2024 season. However, the team and the boss continued to decline the allegations as the final verdict was declared. The team principal was found not guilty and subsequently the female employee was suspended. Furthermore, a second probe was launched into the case as the final verdict was declared again.

The female employee was immediately suspended due to the false allegations after she threatened the team to reach the English courts. Red Bull declined to reveal the report after allowing Christian Horner to walk Scott free. However, a secondary probe launched into the case has once again cleared the team principal of any wrongdoings.

Red Bull GmbH declared that the complaint was dealt with by the company’s grievance procedure led by an independent KC. Additionally, the statement read that all the processes had concluded as the KC’s conclusion was accepted. Subsequently, the statement concluded by noting that the internal processes within Red Bull culminated.

The complainant exercised the right to appeal, and the appeal was carried out by another independent KC. All stages of the appeal process have now been concluded, with the final outcome that the appeal is not upheld. The internal process has concluded.

Red Bull has continued to perform extremely well under the leadership of Christian Horner since 2005. The team has scored multiple impressive world championships in the past. Hence, Milton Keynes will continue to showcase a higher order of professionalism moving ahead. The statement further mentioned that the team would not make further public statements to respect the privacy of the individuals involved.

The Austrian constructors’ current priorities lie in scoring a comeback from the mid-season struggles in the 2024 season. Christian Horner has moved on from the fiasco and will continue to lead the team as intended. Additionally, the team continues to undergo massive personnel changes as a setback from the entire matter.
