Formula 1 is the pinnacle of motorsport. As such, celebrities and sportspersons often come to attend F1 races. The Emilia Romagna GP was no different as former world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka was present in the paddock during the season’s first European race.
Sabalenka was a guest of the Haas F1 team for the Imola race. The Belarusian was spotted alongside Haas drivers, Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen. Before the Grand Prix, Aryna Sabalenka even clicked pictures with the two to mark this special occasion. The 26-year-old watched the entire race from the garage of the American team.
Certainly, fans loved to see the Tennis star attending a Formula 1 race in Italy. Perhaps, Sabalenka got some time to cheer up after narrowly losing the finals of the 2024 Italian Open to Iga Swiatek. Nevertheless, Aryna Sabalenka could definitely visit more races in the coming weeks.

Haas’ Nico Hulkenberg narrowly loses out on points finish at Emilia Romagna GP
Nico Hulkenberg has delivered impressive results for the Haas F1 team this season. The German driver continued his good form at Imola after making it to the top 10 in Qualifying. Moreover, Hulkenberg even claimed that he and Max Verstappen provided twos to one another during the session.
Haas was hoping to see Nico Hulkenberg bring in some crucial points in the Sunday race. However, the 36-year-old could only manage a P11 finish, just one step away from scoring points. Nevertheless, Imola remains a positive weekend for the American team. Hulkenberg’s teammate Kevin Magnussen finished right behind the German driver in P12.
Certainly, Haas would be hoping to make further progress in the coming races. The American team currently sits seventh in the F1 standings, 12 points behind RB. As such, Nico Hulkenberg and Kevin Magnussen would need to push the car to the limit to gain ground against the Red Bull sister team in the coming races.
