Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz are confident of their team’s chances in the upcoming Brazilian GP this weekend. Leclerc and Sainz have been on the podium consecutively, sharing a win each in the last two races.

Charles Leclerc won the United States Grand Prix in formidable fashion, starting from P4 on the grid. He has made up for his lost form and has been a competent force for the Maranello-based team. Carlos Sainz, on the other hand, won the Mexican GP last week, starting in pole position for the first time this year.

Sainz explained that he and Leclerc both fancy their chances ahead of the Brazilian Grand Prix. He believes that their partnership can be effective in clinching the constructors’ championship this year.

We both believe it is possible and we are actually talking about it more and more often now. We pump each other up a bit, knowing that there’s a chance and we are like, yeah, come on. We have a good relationship and I think we both know there is a chance and we both know we are in a good moment in our driving, the way we’re driving.
