We have worked hard in the factory and so, in Budapest, we will bring an evolution of the floor which we reckon will give the drivers a car that will allow them to drive to the best of their abilities.

Ferrari faced a torrid run at the Spanish Grand Prix for which the team engineered a new floor upgrade as well. The disappointing result at Barcelona compelled the Maranello-based unit to revert to their previous floor settings for Silverstone.

Fred Vasseur thereafter spoke of the team’s efforts at making a radical new floor design for the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Italian outfit will now hope to achieve fruitful performances in Budapest to take a step forward in the title race.
